I went to Florida Medical Lab to have some lab work done. The waiting room was jammed packed so I decided to make an appointment. My appointment was at 8:30 and was taken back at 9:20. Almost an hour later. They were not honoring the people that took the time to make their appointment. They took patients as they came through the door. There is no point making an appt, this lab is always always ALWAYS behind and their receptionist has no customer service whatsoever. You make a 9 am appt and 20 mins later she still hasn’t even checked you in. Waste of time

Worst experience ever. If I had known I’d have to wait almost the entire morning just to get a simple blood test done, I would’ve chosen a different primary doctor. On top of that, they skip people in line — apparently, Sylvia calls patients in whatever order she wants. It’s completely disrespectful. Please stop wasting people’s time.

I go regularly to this lab. Kind, fast, professional and efficient. They know their frequent patients by name! Love this place!

I wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately they make you give one. The rudest most obnoxious employee Sylvia I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. She yelled at me and said I had to wait in a 30 minute line of people to pick up a kit that they messed up. I already waited in the 30 minute line the first two times to pick up the kit that was wrong and then to drop off the kit which was wrong.
