I gave FL Medical Clinic radiology a chance and they let me down. I had a horrible experience and I'm so upset. I had 2 MRIs scheduled for today, one at 1:30 pm and one at 2:30 pm at the Bruce B Downs location. Both were with and w/out contrast. I received an email on Monday June 23rd to confirm my appointment and to fill out the paperwork online before the appointment. I confirmed the appointment and completed the requested information. Ragan at the front desk was super friendly and always in good spirit! There needs to be more people like her in medical offices!!
