The staff at this facility from the front desk to the back office are all so kind and supportive. My experience with this radiology center was genuinely amazing. I’m a nervous Nelly and the medical receptionist was patient and helped answer some of my questions. Hannah the Rad Tech- I can’t even say enough wonderful things about her. The blond young lady taking the xray has such an incredible bed side manner. She totally made it an amazing experience. She glows with positive vibe.
I scheduled an appointment with them for a mri and ct scan of arthogram. They gave a date three weeks from the date of calling since they will have to do both mri and ct together. Now, a day before the appointment they are cancelling my appointment stating the non availability of radiologist. Now I will have to wait another week or two before they schedule one :( I had to do multiple follow ups for this appointment in either getting the estimate or in getting the confirmation post Insurance was approved. Lady at desk was so nice. W a item about 20 minutes before called back for x-ray. X-Ray Tech was so accommodating and walked me out
I gave FL Medical Clinic radiology a chance and they let me down. I had a horrible experience and I'm so upset. I had 2 MRIs scheduled for today, one at 1:30 pm and one at 2:30 pm at the Bruce B Downs location. Both were with and w/out contrast. I received an email on Monday June 23rd to confirm my appointment and to fill out the paperwork online before the appointment. I confirmed the appointment and completed the requested information.
