Since Orlando Heath is the name now,so many issues with unqualified techs doing the pre exam before the Dr.comes in,in which my case was Dr.Shepos and she is not interested in spending ANY time with you. How can a tech not even know how to use the machine for a basic eye exam,pitifull! Front desk girl so rude! Charged me $400 months after my eye exam even before I went in to verify my insurance covered my visit. I've been going there for years but will NOT return. Prior to making an appointment I called and verified that FMC took my eye insurance since I have a zero co pay for routine exam. I wear basic reading glasses single vision, not that complicated. During my exam they ask you about health issues so I mentioned my migraines, now this becomes a medical appointment and when I checked out I was asked to pay my 75 dollar co pay for my primary medical insurance because of my underlying issue and because the front desk was giving me a list of neurologists at FMC. It's so nice to find a doctor's office that cares about its patients and it was great to see our child being taken care of correctly with ease and jokes and making it fun.
