I’ve been a patient at Highland Medical Center for a long time, going back to when Dr. Rosequest and Dr. Stanley E. Watkins were practicing together. They were my primary doctors, so I never switched offices. In all honesty, the customer service and overall experience used to be hit or miss—long wait times, not the most friendly atmosphere, and things sometimes felt a bit unorganized. Hannah is the most kind, caring and intelligent person I have ever had as my health care provider. Number 1 she listens to hear you, shows compassion with a non judgmental response. Because of this , she has actually saved my life, and made me believe that good health is attainable. Only wish I could have given her more stars …..
I am a newer patient to the practice and have been seeing Dr. Failla. Every visit has been great. She is timely, friendly and very thorough. I would recommend her as a PCP to my friends and family.
Well, I thought that because of the excellent care and ample time that Hannah takes with me, I must be her favorite patient. After reading the other reviews, I see that everyone receives the same fabulous care! She is a treasure. I know that when I see her, she will take me seriously and follow up on any issues or concerns that have presented themselves. I think she is the best healthcare professional I’ve worked with in a long time.
