Dr. Cody is a great doctor, however, the person who schedule appointments is the rudest. Called today to schedule an appointment with the doctor since I am experiencing issues and rudely told me that the doctor is fully booked until next year. I will consider go to another specialist. I am done with this office and their staff.

Doctor was great, but staff are incompetent. They don’t know the difference between a preventative screening and diagnostic. It was a huge back and forth between my insurance, the surgery center and the doctor’s office. They told me twice they updated to preventative, and then when I called the surgery center they said they didn’t, and when I called the doctors office back they said it had to be diagnostic now, and out of pocket was $1400 with insurance for a COVERED procedure. I’ve been a patient of Dr Cody since 2017, I waited a month for my appt that was cancelled by them 3 hours before time because I saw a bariatric surgeon 2 years ago. Apparently if you see other doctors they cancel you as a patient. He doesn’t offer bariatric surgery, or dentistry, or breast implants but he expected me not to see other doctors for those?!?!

I finally gave up trying to schecule an appointment with these people. they couldn't handle their own administration so I wasn't going to trust them with my health. Their check-in process makes it look like you have an actual appointment.. then when they lose your electronic files you don't know if you are scheduled for an actual appointment or another on-line registration session. Try calling to talk to someone? Good luck getting someone who knows anything.
