As a new patient , I found the staff friendly and helpful. I was seen by J. Perez APRN. She was great to work with. She was knowledgeable of my issues. Together we came to a plan to proceed in dealing with specific problems. She took the time to listen to me and explained clearly what I asked about.

I wanted to find a doctor near my home where I could build a doctor/patient relationship as I get older. The office staff is rude and unwelcoming. Every time I call, it sounds like the person on the other end has just woke up and annoyed. The PA I saw has since quit and they were in the process of replacing her along with trying to find a new permanent doctor. I guess the doctor I saw was temporary. During a recent physical the doctor mentioned a concern but never suggested a remedy. I will be finding a new clinic.
