Office is outdated. Staff is friendly sometimes. Dr doesn't always search out the root cause of issues. She'd rather write a prescription mindless of the dangerous side effects.

Sharing a post about the office staff as Dr Pantaleon is a great doctor. Just as another post mentioned the office staff are rude and uncouth. The nurse never calls back, (I’ve tried on multiple occasions to reach out to them) and when I called to ask for support the staff that answered didn’t even listen to what I was trying to ask for. They just argued with me then dumped me back into the nurse line. It’s sad but the other location the Dr. P works from also has rude staff there as well.

This is not for Dr. Pantaleon, she is a great doctor and very kind. Her office staff is rude and lacking compassion. I have had several incidents where I needed scripts filled and was told “I had an attitude” when she refused to speak to the doctor about a medication I needed to survive. She told me she didn’t know if the doctor would even look at it today, knowing the urgency of the medication. The star isn’t for Dr. Pantaleon,it’s for the staff/ gatekeeper who greets you when you enter the palm harbor office. She is nasty and rude. She needs to be replaced with someone who likes their job. This lady is very unorganized and rude. I am not returning to her office. There are to many other doctors out her with very nice staff.
