Never again. Bought a mattress here two years ago thinking it was a great deal. Normal usage neither I or my spouse are over weight and the box spring broke. Okay, we went out and got a platform bed. But it was more then the box spring, the mattress causes both of us terrible back pain which we never had before and dont have when we sleep on other beds. Buyer beware.
Amazing customer service! Catered to our needs. Asked questions to find out what mattress would best accommodate our life and health limitations. Full service and completely honest. I took my husband to Mattress Firm first, so he could get a feel of a place that’s all show and no service (to give a polar opposite point of view). Definitely swept away by FL Mattress Discount full attention we received from Ivan! Definitely telling everyone I know about how amazing this place is.
I am not usually enthusiastic about reviews or submitting reviews..however I feel that this business is worthy of a very high recommendation... in all aspects...Ivan spent a great deal of time with us on the telephone...carefully explaining the differences between products and construction of mattresses.
