My interaction with Dr. Alabi for asthma was positive. Trying to contact the staff for appointments or prescriptions not received is extremely frustrating. My prescription dosage was increased, at the checkout desk, I reminded the clerk that it was to go to my Mail order prescription company, noting the dosage had been increased. I waited six days & discovered my mail order pharmacy hadn’t even received the updated prescription. I had to go into the clinic to resolve an issue that should have been resolved by phone. Not only did the doctors at Florida Lung do absolutely nothing to help with my persistent cough after 3 different appointments, they have also made it incredibly difficult to navigate their systems or interact with them every single time I have tried to. After getting bills in the mail in 2025 from appointments in 2022 and 2023, I tried logging on to pay them online and could not access my account.
