Pessima atentimento ao paciente .nao consegue falar com ninguém liga deixa mensagem e não resolve nada .estou tentando fazer o pet scan no qual a médica precisa dar mais informações para o plano de saúde e não retornam a mensagem para o plano .fui pessoalmente na clínica pois por telefone não consegue nada e mesmo assim fui informada que tem que ser no OFFICE .medica boa mas o atendimento para resolver problemas e pessimo .
Almost a new patient. I waited 2 months for an appointment only to find out in the same day that the appointment wasnt showing up in their syatem...but they had ALL my information, except of course the date of my appointment...getting in touch with the office is almost impossible (20min on the line just to get to a 3rd party messaging system). Do not waste your time scheduling here
Terrible!!! Communication is the worse, they will keep rescheduling you, doctor is never in office. Winter garden and downtown location are so unprofessional. Sleep apnea is something very serious and they don’t take it seriously.
I waited nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment with Dr. Alabi on 06/02/25 where he ordered a sleep study. Tried at least 6 separate times afterward to get it scheduled but was always told someone would have to call me back but that never happened. Then when trying again no one answers the phone so you're left with no choice but to use their call back suggestion on their on hold menu Today is 07/24/25.
