Excellent physicians. They are so clinically astute and dedicated. They really listen to the patient and are very empathetic. They are the first to make a diagnosis. My father is 83 and was recently hospitalized and they came to see him in the hospital, diagnosed his pneumonia but looking at the EKG identified his heart rhythm changed, which prevented a stroke. As a physician I feel so reassured knowing Dr Umeh, Dr Alabi and the entire team are caring for him. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Horrible experience. I was seen a month ago and my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy at my appointment (my fault for not realizing this medication is only available through express scripts). I have emailed through the portal, requested a refill through the portal, called once last week and was told my "case" will be sent to the manager and I was hung up on. Then today a week later on the phone (once I finally got through) was told "the medical assistant is not taking this case so it will be sent to the manager". Wh... read more

They have the worst assistance over the phone I've ever dealt with, and that's just based on over 4 hours I spent so far just to schedule a follow-up appointment. They are literally outsourcing their phones to call center reps who don't even have a concern for detail, or probably aren't actually affiliated with them directly. I had to speak with 6 agents in total, none of which have helped me at all. They reviewed my number with me three times, all three times they got it wrong. My experience with this doctor’s office was very disappointing. I was referred to this practice thru my heath insurance as an in network provider. I arrived at this location approximately 10 - 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I was pleasantly checked in by the office staff. After a short wait I was escorted to a room and told the doctor would be in shortly. After one hour of waiting, I went back to the receptionist and inquired how much longer is the wait.
