Called on a Wednesday, they returned my call on Thursday to get a quote to trim my palm tree. Asked if I could send a picture, but I was on the road, and wouldn't be back until Monday. Said it was OK, she would have someone swing by and take a picture. Heard nothing by Tuesday, so I sent a picture. Got a text back that said "Yes sir we can trim it 50 i have to look over schedule i want to say maybe this sunday would u like to be on our every 6 month schedule for palms". Above and beyond customer service!! 🤩 It’s been 6 months since my aunt hired Josh to cut her trees back. To our surprise, he came back yesterday to perfect his work. He said he was just in the neighborhood. 😊 I can’t wait to see the canopy when this one blooms in the Spring!
