Merrill was great from start to finish! He was very thoughtful in his installation, considering how the water would run and angling appropriately as well as the most minute details such as catching the aluminum shavings when drilling! The end result is a neat and very practical shading solution desperately needed in Florida! Thank you, Merrill!
We could not be happier with Merrill and his work! We ordered part of our covering, and when it arrives, we ordered the next part. I should’ve just gotten all at once. but it wasn’t a problem for them. Merrill took the rest of the measurements and came back as soon as my curtains were finished to install them. He then noticed some adjustments had to be made. Without me even asking, he told me he needed to fix something and will be back the next day to take them, fix them, and replace them. A perfect job! Merrill was a pleasure to work with and very skilled at what he does. My shade sails came out great. My pool deck faces dead west and was unusable in the afternoon until sunset. I can now enjoy my pool and deck area all day. They came out so nice that I'm already thinking about adding more!
