I worked with Dr U to manage my hypertension and delay the process of dialysis . He made me feel like I was a priority patient . He actually listens to you and builds your health plan based off his years of expertise along with how you feel personally . The best nephrologist I’ve ever seen personally.
Any doctor can run a series of tests and figure out what's wrong with you. What makes a doctor good is his bedside manner and his willingness to listen to you and figure out the underlying issues. The doctor, the day we visited, was fairly abrupt and at that time had a poor bedside manner. However this was not the worst part of it. It was his staff that drove us away.
