Communication with Dr Malpartida in the Plantation office is very bad. It's been going on 13 days since I went to the office and requested a new blood special test be resent to the lab provider. I was told it would be sent that day. The lab provider still hasn't received the order. They have called them several times. This office is in desperate need of an investigation. The conditions are completely unacceptable for any medical facility. THE CORAL SPRINGS LOCATION The bathrooms are filthy, infested with bugs, and the patient rooms do not appear to be cleaned or wiped down regularly. It is disturbing to think that elderly patients and those with fragile health are expected to receive care in such an unsanitary environment.
