I had a very disappointing experience with Florida Kidney and Hypertension Specialists in Orange City. The front desk staff and office manager showed a complete lack of empathy during my interaction. When I called to explain my situation, I was repeatedly interrupted and not given the opportunity to fully speak. Instead of listening or offering assistance, I felt dismissed and disrespected.
