I am changing my review to 5 stars because one negative experience with the office does not negate the excellent care I have received from this office and but for 1 billing error that was rectified my experience with this office has been outstanding!
I have been a patient of Dr. Puello-Diaz and Dr. Franck for 3 1/2 years and upon getting me stabilized in the hospital after kidney failure, they followed me for months on dialysis until my kidneys responded remarkably well and I went from kidney failure to Stage 3A CKD. With their help, I'm staying in Stage 3A, off dialysis and I am so grateful for them! I also think the office staff is great. I was billed by this office for an out of network visit that never happened. I called the office and was told there was nobody there I could speak to about it. The receptionist refused to take a message for the bookkeeper, she also said they had no voicemail in the office. She then told me to call back on Friday if I wanted to speak to the bookkeeper.
