I was in the area for a few days this week and had the opportunity to drop in for an open mat Wednesday, and class on Thursday/Friday morning. Can’t say enough great things about the coaching and the facility. The attention to detail is what really stood out with the coaching. Thank you to the team for the hospitality and I really hope to stop in again if I can. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for great training to make the trip.
The facility is excellent and has everything you could possibly want. There are plenty of heavy bags, ample mat space, and a massive ring. The coaches and training partners are extremely high level. The restroom facility has showers stocked with soap even. Can’t wait to visit again!
This place is gold ! Signed up my daughter for teen class about 2 weeks ago ! The coaches are great and have been very helpful . Asa and Fernando are very professional and patient with the kids . Recommended for kids and adults .

This establishment is bar far the greatest. I’m extremely grateful for my son Lendrick’s mentor Dr. Blake and his trainer DJ for referring Jr here. The facility is always clean and you will see owners walking around tidying up, etc. Everyone is so respectful and friendly. Lendrick’s trainers/coaches are the greatest and extremely knowledgeable as well as patient. Please come check them out. Their prices are very reasonable!!!
