Called to Schedule a tow, was told they can do it the next day and to call them an hour before I need the tow. Called the next day and they say they can’t do it.

I truly cannot put into words how extremely empathetic Mike was in our situation. Our car wasn’t starting at Veteran’s Park & Mike, along with his father, I believe, spent an hour or so trying their best to try to get our car to start. They took time out of their evening with their family to help try to start our vehicle. After all their hard efforts, we needed to get the vehicle towed. LOVED our driver, Jed. Super professional and courteous. (Great smile, too) BUT not so much the owner. I'll spare you the boring details, but he refused to answer the drivers calls and when I called he was very short with me. Not professional. I probably wouldn't call again just because of him.
