I had no idea that I had a balance due, (after insurance), until I was called today by a debt collector. I never received anything by mail, email, or call. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Reporting to the BBB.

Zero stars. After months of trying to pay with my insurance (insurance is willing to pay) they will not provide a bill to my insurance company. Better Business Bureau doesn't not recognize them as a legitimate business. Mariners hospital needs to pick a better tenant. Absolute B.S.
Trying to give them my insurance information to pay my bill. Called 10 times but the phone does not pick up or gives a busy signal. Website goes to a random tech company as well. I guess this 2 year phone problem is still on going......
