HORRIBLE! Unfortunately it’s one of the only ped centers in the area. They are such a mess and so chaotic. They wrote the wrong vaccines on my sons chart and confused them with my other child - 2yr age difference. When I tried switching peds it took them two months to send the medical records. Once I FINALLY got them, they were incomplete and then they told me it would take another 14 business days 🤦🏼♀️. They don’t have a patient portal so there’s no way to review any of the records without calling them and having the nur... read more
We were seen immediately. Check in/out was easy. Dr. Gomez was awesome with our child. Thanks to him, our little one forgot all about the shot he received.
