Unfortunately, this establishment seems to be declining in quality. My experience was overshadowed by the receptionist’s unprofessional and discourteous demeanor. Customer service sets the tone for any business, and a little kindness and empathy can go a long way. I hope management addresses this, as it significantly impacted my overall impression.

HORRIBLE! Unfortunately it’s one of the only ped centers in the area. They are such a mess and so chaotic. They wrote the wrong vaccines on my sons chart and confused them with my other child - 2yr age difference. When I tried switching peds it took them two months to send the medical records. Once I FINALLY got them, they were incomplete and then they told me it would take another 14 business days 🤦🏼♀️. They don’t have a patient portal so there’s no way to review any of the records without calling them and having the nur... read more
