HORRIBLE! Unfortunately it’s one of the only ped centers in the area. They are such a mess and so chaotic. They wrote the wrong vaccines on my sons chart and confused them with my other child - 2yr age difference. When I tried switching peds it took them two months to send the medical records. Once I FINALLY got them, they were incomplete and then they told me it would take another 14 business days 🤦🏼♀️. We were seen immediately. Check in/out was easy. Dr. Gomez was awesome with our child. Thanks to him, our little one forgot all about the shot he received.
Dr. Manuel is awesome. My daughter has finally stopped hysterically crying when it’s time for the end of the appointment. She laughs now. Very knowledgeable!
Don’t believe the Tatiana meh post, I’ll clear it up. She has zero custody of her daughter. She has 1/3 legal custody and no visitation except video calls (specifically states video calls nothing about allowing in person visits even states as the parties agree) . She harasses anyone that tries to help her daughter. Even when my daughter’s school wanted to have her evaluated she fought them tooth and nail. She was made aware of the visit and per the legal agreement she gets a say in medication not her daughter GOING to the do... read more
