Big Pine Marine was excellent to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain things clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary work, and got everything handled professionally. It’s hard to find honest marine service in the Keys, and these guys really stood out. Highly recommend them to anyone needing boat or outboard work.
Horrible customer service, horrible business. it’s like i was talking to a 8 year old child the whole time. i have 4 jetskis 2 boats and live in marathon, Florida keys. and this was embarrassing. i call to get a quote he wants to charge $450 to just come out here? okay all good. then i declined the service because i think that’s outrageous. we hung up , then i received this text “ Thanks for just hanging up in me. AMAZING SERVICE!!! Nick helped us over the phone figuring out what was wrong with our jet ski. This made our day and our whole vacation because a broken jet ski would have really made our vacation not a fun one. If you ever need service, definitely contact Florida Keys Mobile Marine and they will help you out!! THANKS AGAIN NICK!!!!
Responsive, timely, and fair priced. Appointment scheduled for 10am and he was at the house by 9:55am. I was also quoted for two hours work. He completed the work in one hour and only charged for one hour service. Highly recommend!
