Mark was top notch from the first time we talked, quickly sending me a 3 day itinerary based off our initial conversation! He made it so easy, bringing our bikes to us in Key Largo( we were traveling without a vehicle) and retrieving them from us in Key West. He provided us with racks for our bike bags, helmets, a bike lock and repair kits(should we need them). Super responsive and friendly, we 100% recommend and may even use him again on a future trip, now that we are in love with the Keys ❤️🚲🏕

We had a great experience with Mark at Florida Keys Bike Rental. He thoughtfully helped us plan an itinerary that worked for our trip and provided great suggestions for “must see” stops along the way. Great communication with the owner before and during the trip. The bikes are in great condition and delivery/pick up went smoothly. Tip: definitely check out the “Old Seven Mile Bridge”. Beautiful.

We rented two road bikes for a trip from Key Largo to Key West and could not have been happier with Mark's service. Mark was quick to respond and great to talk to. He prepared us with the tools needed to change a flat tire if needed. Which, unfortunately we needed toward the end of our trip. Also, during the trip we broke a spoke on one of the bikes. I rented a road bike from Mark for our trip around the Keys and could not have been happier with the bike or the service. I have rented bikes from several small and large bike shops all around Florida and this was the best experience by far. The bike was new and came with repair kit and lights. Mark was incredibly helpful from beginning to end! We flew into Miami and biked all the way to key west over three days. He was always available and helped us every step of the way. Don’t go anywhere else for your bike rental needs!!! The bike route itself is extremely scenic but there are some spots where you have to be on the road amongst the cars. We got great directions and tips from mark however.
