I wish I had never gone! They really seem to delight in treating the students who come to them for help as subhuman. I cannot say enough bad things about these people!

About a year and a half ago, I first wrote this one-star review for CAPS. I took it down since I was worried about the optics of who might search my profile and see it. Since then, Google has changed the privacy policies around reviews, making them more secure. Also, in the time since I wrote my review, at least two other students have written one-star reviews for CAPS, and I'm still thinking about the humiliation, bias, discrimination and deliberate deception, which I experienced there, and from everything that I have read,... read more
