I took insurance for the Kia this insurance company the young lady was very polite and I got a good rate with progressive and I have made six phone calls and left messages for this young lady to call me as I have questions and concerns and no one‘s called so I hope that that’s the type of service. I’m not going to get. I regret doing business with them because they haven’t returned the call and they’re very unwelcoming when I speak to the whoever answers the phone.
