The medical care my wife has received from Dr. Astrid Rosado at Florida Institute of Neurology’s St. Cloud office has been excellent. We appreciate her professionalism and dedication. Unfortunately, communicating with the office has been frustrating. We have called repeatedly about matters related to my wife’s care and have been unable to get a response. This happened before an appointment and again afterward. A patient should not have to keep calling for days to get an answer to a question or address a prescription issue. ... read more
Horrible office, very hard to get someone on the phone. I have been provided with several extensions and not one answers. When they do answer, they never give a clear answer to any of the questions. Looking for another neurologyst for my mom. Gave one star because I had to give at leat one star in order to post this review.
This place is hell. You will wait for your appointment even though they know it's now been 30 minutes past your "arrival", then you go back and they make you wait 20 minutes more to only speak to you for 5 and send you home. You will not have your calls answered, ever. You will not get a call back even with the detailed voicemails you leave. The doctor will never be available only the NP's. They will schedule you to see the neurologist- don't believe them, the doctor isn't in, EVER, even if you request them. They will lose y... read more
