dr is good staff is poor. portal is a joke…cant order meds or even see and of your visit summaries
I have to say I was a bit iffy at first. When I called to make the appointment, it was a bit rough trying to understand the receptionist, but we got through it. When I arrived, the office had a good amount of people in there. My appointment was at 1030am and I was out by 1115am. The both times I went, I was in and out. Slower than the Dunkins on Old Canoe Creek.
The neurologist we saw the 1st time was ok, but when we went back for out follow up with her, we were put with a PA. He couldn’t answer any of our questions, and wasted our time and our money. The check out people also are not helpful in answering questions and gave me wrong info about tests that were ordered.
