This place is hell. You will wait for your appointment even though they know it's now been 30 minutes past your "arrival", then you go back and they make you wait 20 minutes more to only speak to you for 5 and send you home. You will not have your calls answered, ever. You will not get a call back even with the detailed voicemails you leave. The doctor will never be available only the NP's. They will schedule you to see the neurologist- don't believe them, the doctor isn't in, EVER, even if you request them. They will lose y... read more
Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly at the check in and out, professional, and the neurologist was knowledgeable, patient, and took time to explain everything clearly. The office was organized, clean, and efficient. Highly recommend this practice!
Worst Place Ever…Joanna Alvarez is The worst in that office she wants to fire a good employee in front of people without giving her an explanation why she was getting fired smh…this office needs to do better and have more professional management I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO OVER THERE AT ALL ! !
You will never be consulted with the doctor, not even as a new patient. He only does the testing, and the consults and prescription are done by his PAs. That is not caring for your patients, I want to know and speak to my doctor and this facility is a disappointment. The staff has been kind to me.
dr is good staff is poor. portal is a joke…cant order meds or even see and of your visit summaries
