You will never be consulted with the doctor, not even as a new patient. He only does the testing, and the consults and prescription are done by his PAs. That is not caring for your patients, I want to know and speak to my doctor and this facility is a disappointment. The staff has been kind to me.

I have to say I was a bit iffy at first. When I called to make the appointment, it was a bit rough trying to understand the receptionist, but we got through it. When I arrived, the office had a good amount of people in there. My appointment was at 1030am and I was out by 1115am. The both times I went, I was in and out. The staff were friendly and courteous and it was appreciated. I had to go back for the 2nd part of my test and the doctor was friendly, pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. Slower than the Dunkins on Old Canoe Creek.
The neurologist we saw the 1st time was ok, but when we went back for out follow up with her, we were put with a PA. He couldn’t answer any of our questions, and wasted our time and our money. The check out people also are not helpful in answering questions and gave me wrong info about tests that were ordered.
