Great place excellent service Dr are really good
Office staff make and cancel appointments without patient knowledge. Doctors don’t listen or care about your problems. Charging for EEG equipment before being able to be seen, when it’s their fault the stuff didn’t go right.
Amazing Neurology Doctor office! Alanis and Karin were great technicians that helped me with the 72hr EEG study. The front desk agents are Kind and professional as well! And Dr. Naga is a great doctor who really spends time with her patients! I would recommend this office to anyone who wants great service ! Thank you FL Institute of Neurology St.Cloud
I'm glad I decided to visit a different neurologist for a 2nd opinion. The 2nd neurologist ordered an MRI of my brain and discoverd lesions that may be MS, more testing and a lumbar puncture have been scheduled. The doctor at Florida Institute of Neurology thought my issue was neuropathy, said I needed B vitamins and physical therapy. I'm thankful I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The doctor is literally never in the office. Even if you request to see him, he will not be there. The office is a mess. The chairs are falling apart. This is easily one of the most unprofessional offices I've ever been to.
