March 26th, 2026, I visit the practitioner, after been at ER with stroke alike symptoms. She was very nice, she listened and care about the situation. She sent for blood work and studies because it wasn't a stroke, was something else and we want to know what was it to address it. April 19th I had my EEG, no problems with the technician, she was on time, and very professional. On April 15th my second study (upper), on time again, no problems, another great technician. I have been a patient of Dr. Naga for over 4 years and the team here has never disappointed me. They always ask the right questions, take good notes and most importantly, they give very clear guidance. I wish I could give a shout out to each and everyone of them, because the staff is amazing! But I can specifically shout out "Shirley" she was very welcoming, she listened closely to my concerns, she shared pointers that could be directly applied to my condition. So again, This a great physician and a great staff.

I had an amazing experience at this office. Everything from front staff to the consultation and questions far exceeded my expectations. Lexi at the front desk was friendly and prompt. Once in the room, Jaleris was thorough in obtaining my history and documenting my current complaints. I saw Dr. Nermala reviewed everything and went deep diving into any symptoms and ordered some tests. At checkout I was assisted by Shirley who made sure I had all necessary paperwork and that I had no further inquiries. Highly recommend.

Astrid is insightful and very professional; she helped me with meds & my MRI concerns with ease. The assistant at the front desk GELARIS? was a pleasure to work with. ((But I strongly disagree with the 3% charge to pay a doctors fee.))

We are currently at my father’s appointment with The Florida Institute of Neurology and the nurse assistant Shirley is very professional, courteous and explains everything well. She went over all the prescriptions. She made sure my father is OK. She informed us of what the visit was for and I highly recommend her and we are very pleased with the service we have received so far thank you Shirley.
