The doctor in question has seen me multiple times for a wound in my foot, each time testing negative for a bone infection. This time they prescribed me Cipro for the infection. This medication can have a severe interaction with a medication I take ultimately suppressing my breathing during sleep and killing me. Thank God my other Doctor realized this and told me to have it changed. PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE THE ONLY ONE ADVOCATING FOR YOUR HEALTH IS YOU!!

While Dr, Hameed is fantastic, the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The one woman I usually get to experience has ZERO phone skills, lacks even the most basic level of compassion, is generally abrasive and likes to interrupt me before I even get to finish what I’m saying. For this reason, I’ve already changed to a new doctor at a different practice where I feel valued and heard. Now, I just need my medical records transferred. The doctor at the hospital is great. The office staff doesn't know what they are doing. There's poor communication with the patient and caregivers. My welcome to this office was "We don't see patients in stretchers." followed by "We called you twice.". I never received a call regarding referral appointments and by the way, this was a hospital follow up.

Very unprofessional office, They called to schedule an appointment for my mother, we drove over 90 minutes to get to the office, my mom can barely walk due to cancer, just so we could arrive and be told she needed a referral. Typically this practices is done by the office BEFORE scheduling an appointment. We will not be back highly disappointed. No apologies and a sorry unvaild excuse. Avoid at all cost.
