Our school in Maryland ordered these for fund raising every year. We’ve moved out of the state now and I’ve lost my connection! I’d order at least 7 boxes. I’d have stacks in my kitchen of oranges, tangelos, and grapefruit. Loved all of it. Juiced quite a bit! I need to find out where I can order some now.
I was happy with the customer service refunding my cost, but didn't not compensate for my trouble, I was so looking forward to some nice taste fruits, I was just one of those rare occasions. And afraid to put up my hard earned money again.
This was our first year raising money for our child's band booster. We received a bundle of fruit to contribute to the organization. Unfortunately we had an unforeseen issue. Florida Indian River Groves was very prompt and attentive to my needs. They made things right. We look forward to their products in the future as we have many years to support them with our band booster. Thanks again for your great customer service!
I have purchased naval oranges every year to help the local band program with their fundraiser. I placed my order online and requested that they be delivered to my home. I expected them rather quickly since I received notification that they had been shipped like Dec. 6th. I did not received them until the week of Dec. 16th. I kept getting a notification daily from Fed Ex that the fruit was out for delivery, but it never came. I called the company and the lady was rude and of no help! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RIGHT ON POINT WITH THE ISSUE THAT I HAD. THEY MADE IT RIGHT AND ALSO OFFERED A $10 GIFT CARD. THANK YOU I WILL BE PURCHASING MORE.
