Great service, Jenny was fantastic, very helpful, explained everything in detail that a person could understand. The office very clean. You come in and they take care of you immediately. Both Docs, Dr. Raman & Dr. Figueroa, great.
I’m not sure what wrong with the Hispanic lady behind the counter?! Her attitude is out of control
Ladies behind the counter are a joke they ran me around in circles for my medication and printed my narcotics perscriptions on a piece of copy paper!?!?! Very unprofessional. Before I left the appointment I told the lady specifically that I received one E-file for my antibiotics but not my pain meds. She proceeds to tell me it’ll pop up on my phone eventually and kind of shoos me away. The pharmacist explained to me that “they have every piece of information they need to E-File my pain meds as well and they CHOSE not to” My ... read more
