Charged $500 for an ICF quote that he never even supplied. Wanted $500 to come into town and quote job, as agreed. Found out he not only came through town on his way somewhere else he was going anyway, but then took the money, and never sent a quote... stating "Time and Materials Only". He could have very easily quoted that without ever stepping foot. Couldn't even be bothered to put that bogus quote in writing. Typical worthless Florida con-artist contractor.
Never got back to me with an estimate
Paid a nice sum of money, and had a few visits from the old con artist back in 2019. Never came through with our blueprints or refund of our money. Glad we decided not to build. What a cluster and waste of time.
