My experience was magnificent. Everyone was especially compassionate. They challenged and encouraged me along the way making the healing process enjoyable and sometimes even fun. Niya, Shanice, David, Bruce, Page, Parker, Angela, Laura, and Karis excellent humans all.
David and the staff were amazing. They made my first experience with them noteworthy. David took the time to walk me around the facility, so that I could feel comfortable with the layout and what to expect for my next appointments.
Everyone from the front desk to all the physical therapist’s, the assistants, the help staff on the floor are truly wonderful and caring individuals. There is such a happy energy and a genuine feeling that they enjoy what they do and truly want the best for you. I have recommended them to several friends as the best place to get physical therapy.
The front office staff and therapists at AdventHealth Genesis Health Club in Maitland showed professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and respect. I had knee replacement surgery a couple weeks back. It’s now time for me to start outpatient physical therapy. This facility was the closest one to me. I went today for the first time. I was very pleased. It was easy to schedule with them. The physical therapist, Samuel, who worked with me was great. So far so good!
