Appt scheduled for Thursday needed blood work prior asked three times about sending over paperwork to quest assured it would be done got there a 5:30am and no paperwork was sent so they couldn’t do the blood draw! After reading other reviews not really surprised!
They have a horrible turnaround on refilling regular prescriptions, called 5 times still need my diabetes medication and blood pressure
I love my Dr. however, the office staff and MA is difficult dealing with. It’s been over a month and I still can’t get the PA for my diabetic med. I asked them to send it urgent as the insurance requested and I was told they can’t do that. They make excuses when asking them to complete something. I followed my Dr to this practice from diagnostic clinic. When he was at the other clinic I never had any issues getting what I needed. I am very frustrated with this office. Gave this practice more than a fair chance. Communication is terrible and greed has taken over. Stay away from this practice.
