They ordered blood work 4 times. 3 of the times something was wrong with the paper work at quest diagnostics. Same thing seems to have happened to other people. They also sent me to physical therapy. The advent health therapist charged the insurance 950 used for some small movements where other companies charges 150.

Appt scheduled for Thursday needed blood work prior asked three times about sending over paperwork to quest assured it would be done got there a 5:30am and no paperwork was sent so they couldn’t do the blood draw! After reading other reviews not really surprised!
They have a horrible turnaround on refilling regular prescriptions, called 5 times still need my diabetes medication and blood pressure
I love my Dr. however, the office staff and MA is difficult dealing with. It’s been over a month and I still can’t get the PA for my diabetic med. I asked them to send it urgent as the insurance requested and I was told they can’t do that. They make excuses when asking them to complete something. I followed my Dr to this practice from diagnostic clinic. When he was at the other clinic I never had any issues getting what I needed. I am very frustrated with this office.
