THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE , MEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! BAD WORK ENVIRONMENT.
I have never been sick in my life and when I moved to Florida a year ago I went into the hospital after a month of being here as I had cancer. I have beaten it! Medicare and my health insurance paid for all but my co-pay. The reason I stated this is I never got a bill from this group nor what they did? I did not authorize them to see me. Anyway because of never receiving a statement nor a phone call from this group billing department I did not know I owed them anything until I received a collection letter.
