Went here tonight with my son, who is 3, and my caregiver (I'm disabled). They refused to let both of us in, so my caregiver had to take my son to be seen, as I can't physically hold him/pick him up/restrain him right now due to a broken hip and back. I have NEVER had a hospital separate me from my son before. He regularly goes to All Children's for treatment and they have it in all his charts that my caregiver is to be present. RecommendedHusband and I in on Saturday night around 1030 and we were the only ones there. Glenna RN and Dr King were great Husband had vomiting , diarrhea and high fever. Not only were they quick to start addressing his needs but, also concerned with mine. Lots of special attention and care. Bad news is husband has flu. Good news is we received excellent service. This is by far the best attentive care I have ever received at any hospital in pinellas county. From the moment I walked in I was helped immediately. My nurse and doctor were amazing and very thorough, making me feel comfort in my pain. The techs were sweet and helped make my testing process easier. Hands down would recommend this ER every time.
Every person treated me with respect. I was in and out in 2 hours. Highly recommend this place for your urgent needs. They can do the same thing an ER can do but with less wait time!
