I was in this hospital a year ago with covid. Very sick. The staff were wonderful respectful and kind also really knew their jobs. Have been in many hospital and this was by far the best!!!

If I could give no stars I would.it is very hard coming to a hospital each time I come no matter what I always notice if you are African American( Black) your life doesn't matter to the little nurses in the E.R. it's really sad that during my study of this to document this behavior every time I think about going to the E.R. so then to make it better you stick a black girl to check people in and lie to them about when you will be seen I bet if you just pull the camera in the e.r. your eyes will see .it's really sad and sicken... read more

Recently at the emergency room with my mother who had fallen. I had to wait outside because there was only one person allowed to go in. I was watching the security guards working the door and was impressed by their professional and friendly attitudes toward everyone who came in. One was named Cary, did not catch the name of the other. They were both very cool in a very chaotic situation.

I was recently at Ormond Memorial after going into Afib. I was admitted to the 3rd floor and under went several heart tests. I was so impressed with my nursing and lab staff. Their kindness and empathy was phenomenal!! I have been in numerous hospitals over my 62 years and must say that this team was by far the best. It wasn’t just one particular nurse, the whole team were professional and kind! Their willingness to help in any way was so appreciated!
