Not an ER tripper but had to go in the mid night hours, they couldn’t have taken better care of me. It was true concierge service!
It was honestly the best medical experience I ever had. They were quick, professional and very caring and happy too. I was in, diagnosed, treated and sent home within 2 hrs and I had an issue of bowels adhering to scar tissue. So it wasn't a normal issue. They were just plain excellent.
My 3rd trip to ER in NSB in last 3 months - check in /triage worked very well! Didnt have to wait to be seen by nurse then doctor! Only slow area was getting final paperwork/checkout!
These people are absolutely amazing!! The staff are so friendly and courteous!! They truly care about each and every person they treat!!
