I went to the Adventhealth on Palm Springs Altamonte 2 weeks, and the Spanish girl with curly hair sitting sitting at the reception desk was very rude. I will report the issue I had with her to management.

Went to Advent Health Labs as a walk in. Rebecca at the front desk was very welcoming and made my visit happen. Thank you Rebecca. Deseray my tech kept me aware of all processes involved and Shaquilla processed my sample very quickly with results available next day on the portal.. Very happy with the professionalism and services I received from the staff.

This lab is my neighborhood gem. The employees here are always so pleasant and friendly, not to mention their professionalism and experience are above board. Kristen, Christina & Precious are the icing on the cake! They treat you like family and you know that your care is in good hands. Thank you girls!
