I love this lab location. The lab phlebotomist is superb!! I am always in and out. Even if I have to wait for a few minutes, it is well worth it. Great Service! ******* The administration needs to get rid of the "kiosk check-in service". It doesn't take that much time to have a person sign you in. When people are seeing multiple providers and having lab orders frequently, you shouldn't have to go through the "is this work related and the list of questions that follow" every time you go in. Zero stars needs to be a thing. Made an appointment to be sure I got in and out in a timely manner. Even made it at the more obscure Palm Springs location to avoid the hospital traffic. Got here ten minutes early to find a standing room only waiting room. I should have immediately went to Labcorp, a mistake I will not make again. I waited 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. Every single person that was in the room when I walked in had already gone, and even one who came in way after me.
