Zero stars needs to be a thing. Made an appointment to be sure I got in and out in a timely manner. Even made it at the more obscure Palm Springs location to avoid the hospital traffic. Got here ten minutes early to find a standing room only waiting room. I should have immediately went to Labcorp, a mistake I will not make again. I waited 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. Every single person that was in the room when I walked in had already gone, and even one who came in way after me. I went to the Adventhealth on Palm Springs Altamonte 2 weeks, and the Spanish girl with curly hair sitting sitting at the reception desk was very rude. I will report the issue I had with her to management.

Went to Advent Health Labs as a walk in. Rebecca at the front desk was very welcoming and made my visit happen. Thank you Rebecca. Deseray my tech kept me aware of all processes involved and Shaquilla processed my sample very quickly with results available next day on the portal.. Very happy with the professionalism and services I received from the staff.
