This is the first time I visit Adventhealth, and the experience it’s not a 10. The receptionist and triage team were amazing. My disappointment was because room #9 from the emergency area was not clean. It smelled like rotten fish, there was a dark spot in the room that I cleaned with wipes, thinking that it was possible the cause of the smell. The trashcan was overflowing, blood spots in one of the chairs; and the bathroom was also dirty. I even had to asked if it was forgotten to clean the room, but my comment was ignored.... read more

Staff was all amazing I did not wait more then 30 minutes to be seen . Everyone very helpful made me feel comfortable from front desk to triage nurse and doctor ct people and sonogram girl even the staff that wheeled me to do the ct and sonogram were friendly and welcoming I did not feel uncomfortable for 1 second.. I appreciate and applaud the staff there they are an exemplary of what an er team is supposed to be. Job well done !
