Extraordinary service and caring!
This is a top-notch facility, very efficient, very modern and clean, with extremely caring and competent medical personnel.
Unfortunately I’ve been to this ER twice within the month for myself and my son. The staff is friendly and helpful. Standouts were Dr. Francois and the imaging tech!! When we went in for my son as first time parents we were nervous and while the staff put us at ease, we could also tell they cared about our little boy as well. I hate going to the ER, but this Advent Health makes it a much calmer experience and they do take great care of you.
All the staff was friendly and made a very scary experience a pleasure. I didn’t have to wait 30-60 mins for my mother to be seen as with other ER. Highly recommend!
