I am a new patient here and while my appointment with Janine was fine, the representatives behind the scheduling line are extremely rude and dismissive. I had been calling for hours waiting on a note to get sent just to be disregarded and disrespected. If you are not an empathetic people person you should not be working for a hospital let alone dealing with patients. Jose is extremely rude and this should’ve been addressed but by the looks of the previous reviews it is apparent you all just do not care. Pitiful.
This place cares more about there fees than their patients and then they lie to you saying there a law about some medicine that you have to come in and there no such law spoke to the pharmacy to confirm I’ve been trying to refill my prescription been out of my medicine for a week can’t go to the office due to me being out of state for work tried to make appointment and none available so they rather see a patient go without medicine because they wanna make money off you

My original post was deleted and revisited. This post was upgraded 2021 I now have a new doctor and he is on top of his game. Dr. B is highly recommended and has given me more information on my illness. Get more Dr. B'S. My orginal post in 2020 was when I was with another doctor in this group, which I won't recommend. I had a medical concern and the doctor said I was ok instead of directing me to the appropriate provider and educating me the best he or she knew how, it was not done.
