We are in the process of replacing kitchen appliances and needed some carpentry work done to accommodate the new appliances. It was not a large job, but skill & professionalism was important as it required cutting existing cabinetry with precision. They were quick to respond and didn’t make the process complicated, which I appreciated. The work itself was handled professionally, and they made sure everything was done properly before wrapping up. No rushed job, just steady and clean results. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I managed huge apartment communities for 30 years and been the project manager on millions of dollars in renovation and maintenance projects. Eddie is a great talker and tells you he can do everything and really lets you believe he can be trusted. I had a full rehab for my house including painting, new flooring, new vanities, all new light fixtures, basically total overhaul. The original bid was $23,900. Had a tv mounted and an electric fire place installed on same wall. Mr. Dreeland was very professional and patient as the fireplace insertion was not an easy task and it didn't go off without a hitch, but Mr. Dreeland made sure everything was done properly and took the time to make right any unforseen errors that occurred.
