UPDATE 2: Though I know this is a long time, but this must be said about your Response. That is a bold face lie! No tech ever came back to my house after the install. (Update - May 22 2023) It’s been several months trying to reach this company. I even went onto their website to schedule an appointment to get my window replaced and even when their system confirmed the appointment no one showed up. I confirmed with the manufacturer that my replacement window was never even ordered even though the owner of Florida Home Improvement told me it was ordered but on back order. (Update - May 12 2023) when I initially got the job done was very happy. Since then, anytime I have a warranty claim on one of my windows it takes me 3 to 4 months just to get a hold of someone. When I call John, he just text me that he’s busy and he can text, but then he never responds after that. It makes me feel like once they make their money they don’t prioritize servicing you. John seems like a really nice guy, but I don’t appreciate being ignored for several months at a time when I have a broken window that is suppose... read more
