A disaster from day one. Since my very first interaction with this company, it has been an absolute disaster. My first contact with them was 4 years ago almost to the day. I travel quite a bit so I had them come out and give us a price and we made arrangements to come back for me to sign the paperwork the next day when I arrived home. They quoted my wife $7000, the next day when they came back for me to sign the paperwork, it was now 9600. We signed a contract for a new furnace and installation. In April we received the furnace but no installation. My husband kept calling and he was always giving him one excuse after the other for why it has not been installed but the manager said he would call at the end of the week but as always he never called us. Now he will no longer answer my husband’s calls. We have no answers as to when we will have installation. We are paying for a furnace that will not heat our home because it is not INSTALLED.
