These idiots have called me 4 times a day every day for like two weeks… I either hang up, tell them politely I would like to not be called ( I get hung up right away after that), or I cuss them out. This is clearly a scam
Pésima compañía,mi esposo contrató esto porque estoy embarazada y llevo un mes buscando agendar una cita con un ginecólogo y nadie responde en los números de doctores que ellos dan todo es muy escaso las linea de servicio al cliente tiene mucho ruido y es pésimo su personal varias veces llamo y me tratan muy mal.Deberia demandar esta mierd* y devolver el dinero estafadores y mentirosos con la salud el tiempo y nuestro dinero no es juego par de delincuentes ladrones
No lo recomiendo en absoluto, los copagos son altos en los medicamentos y especialistas, cuando te afilias no te dicen que para cancelar y que no te saquen el dinero de tu cuenta tienes que avisar 15 días antes y por e mail, si no lo haces te cogen el dinero y no lo devuelven aunque no uses sus servicios. Son un robo
