Don't get Florida Blue!!! They have delayed my very needed hip replacement surgery 3 times!!! I'm 60 yrs old, I have Lupus, I'm a diabetic and have needed this surgery for a long time! They don't care about their insured...it's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! They contract with a company called "Care Centric". I can't find anyone to take their patients because they say that CARE CENTRIC DOES NOT PAY THEIR BILLS!!! A provider too me this!!! Who is your original agent of record - the person who signed you up? (That is really who you should ask for assistance).

More impressively, the agents follow up with their clients "after" they write the policy to make sure the client continues to receive the best customer service .
