We switched to them because they took our insurance. At first we liked the Dr Duiet a lot. But we have had nothing but issues trying to get my husband's medicine called in to the pharmacy. He has been out for a week. We have called 3 times, pharmacy has faxed and we have gone up there 2 times. Still nothing. I went to the office this morning and the lady up front who is typically very nice, seemed very bothered that I was there. She said she had no control over what they do back there. Dr.Alder is AMAZING! so down to earth, personable and willing to find solutions without medication and her professionalism is unmatched by far
Very disappointed with my experience at this office. I went in on Thursday for concerns regarding stage 2 hypertension and was told medication would be sent to the pharmacy. The prescription was never sent, and despite multiple attempts to contact the office, no one answered the phone or followed up. Being left without blood pressure medication over an entire weekend is unacceptable and concerning.
