Very disappointed with my experience at this office. I went in on Thursday for concerns regarding stage 2 hypertension and was told medication would be sent to the pharmacy. The prescription was never sent, and despite multiple attempts to contact the office, no one answered the phone or followed up. Being left without blood pressure medication over an entire weekend is unacceptable and concerning.

I have to say that I'm quite happy with the health care I receive at this office. Dr. Alder is always very thorough when reviewing your medical history. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn't rush you through your appointment. It's hard to find a doctor these days who really listens to you. Dr. Alder is that doctor. Toya Adler her team Laura, Jimina and Jordan go above and beyond for their patients. It is rare finding Medical Professionals that put patients first. I, am fortunate to have caring Professionals that, not only hear you, but listens. Focus and determine to find root causes and investigates problems. Toya is knowledgeable, informative and CARES! I recommend her to help keeping you at your optimal health or getting you close to it. Definitely the best team.
