Cher Thompson is a very unprofessional person to have for your senior human services program specialist. I simply was explaining why I haven’t been able to call to verify cancelation Medicaid because my father passed away. She hung up on me. Very rude, very unprofessional.

I am desperately trying to find a provider that takes my shared cost coverage. The woman who answered the call, kept talking over me, and wouldn't let me ask a question! When I tried to call back, to check if I could talk to someone else, she hung up on me, 3 times! I would never suggest this before, but she needs needs some customer service and sensitivity training, or get fired. I was in customer service for over 40 years.
