I would rate it a zero if I could. Made a verified telephone appointment for 12:20. Made sure my phone would accept unknown calls, and waited,,,,and waited. Finally I called them and after a few minutes talking to someone, was told that they would call me back, which they never did. Zero faith in this company.
Outstanding! Kimme spent over an 1 1/2 hours with me going over the specifics and answering all my questions. She was very professional and courteous.
