Sorry to say I can't give 5 stars, because they're dishonest. Missing an entire bag of parts, i.e. Front Sight Posts, Replacement Roll Pin, Allen Key and Torx Key. All should have been in the hard plastic case, they weren't. I even asked to make certain as this was a display case gun, and the only one left in this color. When I called, they couldn't get ahold of the Walther Rep. so gave me a phone number to call for myself. After giving this gun store several chance and even purchasing over $5000 in firearms, accessories, and ammunition I will never shop here again. Not only do I feel as though 80% of the staff treat me, the customer and consumer, in a condescending fashion but they are not educated in current conditions of several topics discussed or in professional forms of conversation and salesmanship. I was at bike week this year, picked up a red dot sight. Got home opened the package to find a used sight with missing parts, contacted Florida Gun Exchange through their website. They never replied. I had to contact Holosun to receive missing parts.
