I was having an issue with my Sig Saur P238. I went to the range yesterday and was having an issue with it getting jammed. I took it to Florida gun exchange and spoke to Ben Kenny and he was so informative that he showed me how to break down the gun and why the rounds were jamming. I learned so much from that one visit. He was very patient and very helpful. I highly recommend seeing him if you’re having any issues with your gun. Fran K
Sorry to say I can't give 5 stars, because they're dishonest. Missing an entire bag of parts, i.e. Front Sight Posts, Replacement Roll Pin, Allen Key and Torx Key. All should have been in the hard plastic case, they weren't. I even asked to make certain as this was a display case gun, and the only one left in this color. When I called, they couldn't get ahold of the Walther Rep. so gave me a phone number to call for myself. Brian was very knowledgeable and made my buying experience extremely enjoyable and educational!! Amazing customer service! I wasn't happy about needing to protect myself or the reasons why, but I explained things to Lewis, in tears, told him I was apprehensive and he took time to help me get control back. He spent almost 2 hours with me explaining everything & making the difficult process much easier. The entire staff I encountered were helpful, courteous & actually enjoy their job.
