Greeted by a very friendly face. Filled out paperwork and if I had a problem, the receptionist was helpful. Called back by a young man, very, knowledgeable on what to ask and write down and very nice. The NP came in and explained everything they were going to do. She told it so I could understand, the test and what was involved. I had been here before and liked them then, so glad my doctor referred them again. Everyone has a smile for you and very knowledgeable and friendly.
Great experience here. Everyone was very helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My appointment was scheduled for 2 PM, and I was actually taken in a little early. The doctor arrived shortly after and was amazing — very thorough, professional, and attentive. They also set up my hearing test for my next appointment. Highly recommend!
Couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. I had an appointment with Dr Lavasani She was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and very patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and seemed to be genuinely concerned about, not just my physical health, but my emotional comfort also.
The care that you give is very good. However I was so shocked and upset when I saw the political commercial on your TV out in the waiting room. You always have the funny animal videos running which I really enjoy, but then all of a sudden there were two commercials saying terrible things about one of the candidates. I don't think that's appropriate for a doctor's office
I have only been here two times for a minor procedure but felt compelled to write a review. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the NPs and doctors were efficient, kind, knowledgable and skilled. At both appointments, the wait time was short and was seen right away in the room. Highly recommend.
