Made an appointment to see Dr Patrick Reidy as a new patient. Unfortunately I never saw the doctor only one of the PAs who was very pleasant. Given her limited training she was unable to conduct a full endoscopy of sinus cavity so only did a nasal endoscopy and charged $395.40. The problem was in my sinuses so this was useless. The office also took a copay payment when I left the office and again tried to bill me for the office copay when they sent a separately bill for endoscopy. If you are going to visit this office as a new pt please read this review. I made an appointment with the nurse practitioner because I needed to be seen right away. She order a hearing test which I didn't think I needed but did it anyways and I am glad I did it at the end. But since then I went back for a recurring issue. On my second visit she was dismissive and I felt she wasn't hearing me when I was telling her how much pain I feel in my throat. I AM CRYING AS I WRITE THIS. Before I saw this team I had gone to another ent who didn't take my pain or symptoms seriously. This nurse practitioner gave me my life back. I was in so much pain Friday, I couldn't function, my arm muscle was weakening from the pain, I could only sleep when I got home. I have so much energy now, I woke up at 6:30 am when usually I would sleep until 11. I was finally able to use my arm again. I feel like I can do so muxh more. This practice has changed my life. HORRIBLE! They told me my visit would be covered by my insurance as i have already met my $10,000 deductible for the year. then they invoiced me and said it would not be covered by insurance. This is not acceptable to Lie or trick people into getting treatment.

It is a shame that the staff is so bad at this office because Dr. Hill is an awesome ENT. I was just referred to his office for a surgical consult but because 6 years ago his staff put me in collections for a bill that I paid they weren't even going to call me. Six years ago I went for testing that the staff did not tell me in advance was not covered by insurance.
