I was fortunate to get an appointment the same day just before the new year. I had been suffering with a severe sinus issue for more than three weeks. I saw Kelly, a PA at this office. She was professional, detail, oriented, and took her time assessing me. 24 hours later I feel like a new human being. Thank you, Kelly for your help, professionalism and kindness.
Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The young girl at the front desk was amazing.I forgot her name.But there are a lot of people waiting, and she handled them all very professionally and smoothly and showed no frustration a true professional. The gentleman that took my blood pressure and pulse was very nice, thr nurse practitioner, I forgot her name too and the doctor were terrific and I will see you all in January. Happy Holidays to all.
Dr. Leela Lavasani, MD I’m so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Lavasani. She is extremely knowledgeable, confident, and caring. From the first appointment, I felt that I was in the hands of a true professional who really understands her field. She took time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable before my surgery. I truly trust her and her team — they’re amazing!
The office is run very well from receptionist, Physician Assistant (PA), and Dr. Lavasani and check out. A plan for treatment was made and my questions were answered. I like the online form "Klara" that I filled in before the appointment. At home I have access to info to fill out the info properly and it saved me from filling out forms at check in.
My office visit at Pine Ridge was very good. The office staff and medical assistants were great and very helpful. Dr Lavasani was so impressive and knowledgeable. She has a great personality to relate to patients.
