The audiologist assistant was so sweet and kind. The PA that gave me the results was wonderful. I have always loved this office.
I was in tears because I had Labrynthitis and was worried since my hearing was lost immediately! Late in the day after a terrible experience at Emergency Room at NCH… A nurse gave me Dr. Reidy’s name and said, “Call him right now!” I did and was told, “He’ll see you first thing tomorrow morning!” He did and was wonderful, kind, listened and started with a steroid shot, prescription for Prednisone, scheduled a hearing test and a balance test at his office in Naples!!
