Very informative well educated staff across the board. No waiting and the staff was kind and helpful to the patients 👍.
I am very pleased with everything with one exception: While the practice takes my insurance the Hearing Center is out of network. For that reason I am going to have to go somewhere else to obtain the aids. Retired and trying to save money. The doctor, the audiologist and the staff were all outstanding.
I started seeing Dr. Shanai Hill (doctor of audiology) at Florida Gulf Coast ENT a year ago when my hearing aids were no longer working for me. She used the latest technology and advanced computer systems to determine the correct aids for me (even letting me try one for several months), and I have been very happy with our final selection. Just recently when I was having trouble again, she replaced the wires, installed a software update and fine tuned them and they are perfect again! I would never go to any other audiologist!
I am a returning patient. The wait time was minimal the paperwork was simple and fast. The audio tech was great and the doctor is easy to talk to. Great experience.
What an incredible experience ! As a snowbird I was totally new to this place . I was a bit unhinged about dealing with my hearing aides that were giving me problems. Then I had the joy of meeting Alexis . Her intelligence, customer focus , and efficiency made my day … my week ! Thank you for having the foresight to hire such a talented professional!
